The Confident Kids Program was designed as a safe space for kids aged 5 to 12 years, to explore and expand their social and emotional selves. The strategy is to meet each child where they are at socially and emotionally and, if needed, take baby steps towards enhancing their self-confidence and social skills.  

Activities will focus on fun, interactive and encouraging ways to feel ok expressing through play, movement and voice in the company of others.  There is a requirement for an adult ally, e.g parent, grandparent, guardian, or similar, to be present and participate alongside the youngest age groups.

This 8-week program is run by a trained facilitator with many decades of experience in play therapy, child development, psychology, community studies, and youth work.
